Job summary

Granada Hotel & Bistro in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the first and often final impression for guests. This part-time role involves greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, answering calls, and handling guest requests with professionalism.

You will describe hotel features, assist with reservations, and maintain smooth operations at the front desk, lobby, and breakfast area.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out following confidentiality, billing and guest communications.
• Describe the hotel, room types and on-site amenities.
• Manage guest communications in person and by phone professionally and promptly.
• Ensure front desk, lobby and public areas are clean and orderly.
• Promote sales of rooms, upgrades and packages to enhance guest experience.
• Handle lost & found items and assist with mailing information as needed.
