Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in guest service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding brand standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in guest service in a hotel, resort, or similar setting.
• Experience with resort booking systems, phone operating switchboards, and billing processing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, interact, and assist guests in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent service within the property's service standards and brand attributes.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner and solve problems.
• Act as concierge and provide information regarding hours, directions, and local attractions.
• Book, modify, and cancel room and restaurant reservations and activities.
• Coordinate room vacancies, room assignments, and express checkouts daily.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of guests and adhere to hotel policies.
