Sailfish Club of Florida in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The role is the first point of contact for visitors and provides administrative support across the organization.

You will greet guests, handle a multi-line phone system, assist with dining reservations and to-go orders, and help manage the club's retail space while supporting Culinary and F&B teams.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to use a multi-line phone system.
• Open availability, must be able to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly
• Point of contact for Members
• Stay up to date on all club activities and functions
• Take dining reservations and to-go orders
• Help manage retail space
• Assist in flower arrangements
• Administrative assistance to Culinary and F&B departments
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
