Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a reliable front desk/security associate for an on-site role in Florida. You will greet guests, monitor access, coordinate owner records, and maintain security across the property.

The position requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work weekends as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some college, and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be familiar with using computer software and have strong communication skills.
• Minimum six months related experience or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide high-quality customer service.
• Monitor entrance and departure to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain owner information in the database.
• Use proper phone etiquette for resident calls.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations immediately.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage or missing items.
• Maintain key control system and ensure keys are secured.
• Be familiar with fire alarm operations and report incidents.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies.
• Follow emergency response procedures with management and security teams.
• Write daily activity reports and document irregularities.
• Report maintenance items to the Association office daily.
