Loews Kansas City Hotel is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will verify guest information, assign rooms, and promote hotel amenities while maintaining a pristine lobby area.

We value proactive problem solvers with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required; prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Opera System is preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and to work weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms based on guest preferences and requests.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions to guests.
• Handle check-out procedures and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
