Responsibilities

• Complete registration using the computer system and assign rooms.
• Verify and process payments, including credit cards and currency exchange.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and relay messages clearly.
• Close accounts at checkout and address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints with research and negotiation to resolve issues.
