Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check in/out, and coordinate with the hotel team on a busy on-site shift. You will input guest information, handle payments, assist with local attractions, and resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive stay.

Qualifikationen

• Hotel experience preferred.

• Verify and process payments, including currency exchange where applicable.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns and negotiate solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain calmness during busy periods and emergencies.
• Perform other front desk duties as assigned.
