Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the hotel and local area.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Process payments for rooms and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and packages.
• Monitor and update reservations system.
• Provide concierge services, such as restaurant reservations and directions.
• Answer and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Prepare and distribute guest key cards.
