Job summary

Montage International in the United States is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and tailor service to individual guest personas. You will support the company's goals and collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless stay and memorable experiences.

The role emphasizes strong communication, professional demeanor, and proficient use of hotel systems to maintain guest records and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of two years' experience in a hotel operations environment.
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
Ability to communicate clearly in English; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette; aiming to meet department and property goals.
Hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor.
Assisting with guest check-in/out, folios, invoicing and billing.
Thinking creatively to address guest stay opportunities and exceed expectations.
Collaborating with department leaders and hourly staff to personalize the guest experience.
Maintaining accurate records for guest accounts and knowing hotel services and local areas to answer questions.
