Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Able to check in/out guests accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; input data into computer system and assign rooms.
• Process payments, issue room keys and balance guest accounts.
• Provide information on hotel services, promotions, hours, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
