Job summary

Le Méridien Charlotte & Sheraton Charlotte is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Coordinator to welcome every guest and create memorable stays through personalized service and seamless collaboration with Front Office and other departments.

You will greet VIPs and Marriott Bonvoy members, coordinate special arrangements, assist with check-ins, and help ensure guest concerns are resolved with a smile. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest relations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with service mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with computers and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests including VIPs.
• Coordinate special requests and personalized experiences.
• Assist with resolving guest concerns and satisfaction.
• Communicate with departments to meet guest needs.
• Support guest engagement events and group arrivals.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify service improvements.
• Assist Front Desk with check-ins and checkouts as needed.
