Job summary

Le Méridien Charlotte and Sheraton Charlotte Hotel are seeking an At Your Service Agent to join our hospitality team. You will respond to guest requests, answer calls, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally, delivering warm, attentive service.

As a front-line agent, you will provide service information, maintain records in hotel systems, and support guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and respond to questions and requests.
• Accurately record and communicate guest requests to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and hours of operation.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escape issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems.
• Communicate effectively with guests and hotel team members.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support a positive guest experience and high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
