Job summary

Le Méridien Charlotte and Sheraton Charlotte Hotel, managed by StepStone Hospitality, seek an At Your Service Agent to join our team. You will respond to guest requests, answer calls, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

This role requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability with a PM shift. You will maintain records, share information about services, and help sustain guest satisfaction through

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and respond to questions and requests.
• Accurately record and communicate guest requests to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and hours of operation.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escape issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems.
• Communicate effectively with guests and hotel team members.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support a positive guest experience and high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
