Job summary

Lifestyle Properties in Oregon’s Willamette Valley seeks a Guest Experience & Concierge Associate to deliver warm, professional guest communications and tailor concierge services during stays. You will provide local recommendations, coordinate itineraries and transportation, coordinate with housekeeping and operations, and escalate issues to maintain a seamless guest experience.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and proficiency in Google Workspace; weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with the Willamette Valley
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently warm, professional, and empathetic communication with guests at every stage of their stay
• Serve as a primary point of contact for guest questions, concerns, and support
• Actively listen to guests, acknowledge concerns, and communicate clearly and confidently
• Maintain thorough, accurate notes in our systems to ensure seamless communication across teams
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and effectively, offering practical solutions while maintaining guest trust
• Know when to resolve independently and when to escalate, while keeping the guest experience front and center
• Provide thoughtful, concierge-style assistance including local recommendations, itineraries, transportation coordination, and special requests
• Represent Destination Willamette and Lifestyle Properties with warmth and enthusiasm
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams and escalate issues appropriately
