Job summary

The Ground in Willamette Valley is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to ensure clean, welcoming spaces across guestrooms, vacation homes, event spaces, and offices on campus.

You will greet guests, maintain supplies, and report damages, with shifts including weekends and a fast-paced, multi-space environment.

Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred; knowledge of cleaning techniques is a plus, and you should enjoy teamwork and guest service. Salary is $18-20/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
• Desire to work in a multi-faceted, cross-campus, fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
• Clean and maintain guestrooms, vacation homes, event spaces and offices to property specific standards.
• Clean and replenish designated number of areas within assigned shift.
• Maintain supplies and organization of housekeeping area.
• Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
• Monitors cleanliness of all public areas both inside and out around the property.
• Attends staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greets and warmly engages guests.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Manager.
