Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date information of events in the region.
• Answer the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Coordinate requests and reservations through property intranet service.
• Communicate updates to team members and management promptly.
• Ensure building safety and security measures are followed.
• Respond to resident and guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Document shift details in logs for continuity.
