Job summary

The Ground is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to provide guests with professional and courteous service across guestrooms, vacation homes, event spaces, and offices on our Willamette Valley campus. You will maintain high cleanliness standards and support the daily operations across multiple spaces, including fitness centers and meeting areas.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
• Desire to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced role across campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
• Clean and maintain guestrooms, vacation homes, event spaces and offices to property standards.
• Clean and replenish designated areas within assigned shift.
• Maintain supplies and organization of housekeeping area.
• Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
• Monitors cleanliness of all public areas around the property.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greet guests warmly and engage them.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Manager.
