The role requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years in client service within hospitality or corporate settings, with basic computer skills emphasized.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience in a client service / reception position within hospitality or corporate environment.
• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• Basic computer skills and office technology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and answers phones in a courteous manner.
• Supports on-floor conference room activities and general service requests.
• Acts as Hospitality Services resource for guests, visitors and employees.
• Understands client emergency procedures and follows designated tasks.
• Represents the client’s culture and performs other duties as assigned.
