Job summary

Koʻa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach – Kauai, HI seeks a guest relations professional to provide warm, hospitable service in all guest interactions. You will greet guests, assist with menu knowledge, manage reservations, and coordinate with culinary teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include handling payments, addressing guest requests, and maintaining professional appearance and conduct. CPR/First Aid may be preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Good mathematical and basic computer skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and PMS software.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced guest contact.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact.
• Greet guests warmly and take dining reservations.
• Answer questions about menu items and wine recommendations.
• Compute bill and handle payment as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures and ensure safety.
