Job summary

Koʻa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach in Kauai seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will assist with check-ins/outs, answer guest questions, and coordinate activities and dining to create memorable experiences.

• Create a warm, welcoming guest experience and provide exceptional service.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, verify information, balance charges, and assign rooms.

• Maintain accurate room availability and communicate hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Support housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
