Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.

• Contact guests upon arrival and departure.
• Advocate for guests and resolve inquiries or complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Provide information on local activities such as skiing, dining, hiking, etc.
• Perform clerical duties including answering phones, email, typing, filing, and data entry.
• Audit key cards daily to ensure availability for guests and staff.
