Job summary

Marriott Crabtree in Raleigh, NC is seeking a friendly Concierge to assist guests with dining, entertainment, and area information, ensuring a memorable stay.

You will respond to guest requests for special arrangements, coordinate transportation and reservations, share knowledge about local attractions, and work with Bellperson and Housekeeping to deliver outstanding service while upholding Concord standards.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to respond to guest requests and coordinate arrangements.
• Clear communication and knowledge of local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve guest needs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain appearance, and protect company assets.
