Concord Hospitality is hiring an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for the Marriott Crabtree in Raleigh, NC. This on-site, full-time role oversees the housekeeping, laundry and house person teams, collaborating with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and impeccable cleanliness.

You lead by example, coach staff, and manage onboarding, training and performance to maintain high standards and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping supervisor.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
