You will be the go-to source for guests seeking restaurant and entertainment advice and will coordinate with hotel teams to fulfill requests with courtesy and efficiency.

Proven guest-service orientation with strong communication.
Ability to coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill requests.
Knowledge of local area attractions and events.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, coordinating with providers.
Gather and provide information about property and local amenities.
Answer, record, and process all guest calls and requests.
Coordinate with Bellperson/Housekeeping to resolve issues.
Review shift logs and document pertinent information.
Monitor club lounge for seating, service, safety, and well‑being of guests.
Report accidents and complete safety training and certifications.
Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect assets.
Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and thank guests.
Communicate clearly and review written documents.
