Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking an Activities Concierge/Retail Guest Experience Specialist to engage guests, connect them with experiences, and support retail operations at The Hub. You’ll monitor daily activities, class attendance, and events to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Ideal candidates are warm, observant, proactive, and comfortable coordinating bookings, inventory, and cross-department communication, including evenings and a weekend day per week.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or related customer-service background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and proactively engage with guests.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to connect them with resort experiences and activities.
• Monitor daily participation, schedules, events, and capacity; coordinate with departments.
• Support retail sales and merchandising at The Hub.
• Create a welcoming, organized environment and maintain inventory and signage.
• Coordinate private activities and guest bookings; ensure seamless guest experiences.
