Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort in Austin, Texas seeks an Activities Concierge/Retail Guest Experience Specialist to engage with guests, connect them with experiences, and support boutique operations.

The role requires proactive, observant, and polished individuals who can anticipate guest needs, manage events, and collaborate across departments while supporting daily retail activities at The Hub.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience coordinating activities, events, appointments, or guest programming is preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Knowledge or interest in wellness, fitness, outdoor recreation, culinary experiences, or lifestyle programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Engagement: ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
• Activities Coordination & Daily Awareness: monitor schedules, participation, and capacity.
• Private Activities & Guest Bookings: manage bookings and private experiences.
• Capacity Planning & Anticipation: foresee staffing and space needs.
• Culinary & Special Event Support: assist with events and offerings.
• Communication & Cross-Department Coordination: liaise with all resort teams.
• Operational Excellence: uphold service standards and processes.
• Evenings and one weekend day per week required due to hospitality needs.
