Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking an Activities Concierge/Retail Guest Experience Specialist to engage with guests, understand interests, and connect them to resort experiences. The role includes active participation in daily operations, class schedules, and events to ensure a meaningful stay.

Responsibilities include supporting retail sales at The Hub and maintaining an inviting environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, observant, and guest-focused, with the ability to adapt to changing

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Retail sales or boutique operations experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating activities, events, or guest programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests, learn their interests, and connect them to experiences.
• Maintain awareness of resort activities, schedules, and guest participation.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and coordinate with departments.
• Support retail sales and merchandising within The Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is organized and guests feel welcomed and informed.
