Job summary

Greco Properties in Shoreview, MN seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to welcome guests and deliver 5-star service across the turnover process. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, manage front desk tasks, and engage residents with social media posts while upholding the Greco Seal of Approval.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, weekend/evening availability, and a driver’s license.

Weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours may be required.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate resident move-ins and post-move-in follow-up.
Assist with resident move-outs by completing inspections, documentation, and key management.
Maintain responsive and courteous communication with residents, applicants, coworkers and vendors.
Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Monitor and sort all incoming and outgoing packages and parcels.
Respond and take action to resolve issues impacting day-to-day operations.
Conduct move-in readiness inspections and perform touch-up cleaning as needed.
Share ideas to improve resident satisfaction and community events.
Post relevant content on Social Media.
Other duties as assigned.
