Job summary

• Respond and take action to resolve issues impacting day-to-day operations.
• Conduct move-in readiness inspections and perform touch-up cleaning as needed.
• Share ideas to improve resident satisfaction and community events.
• Post relevant content on Social Media.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face of the property, creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Your ability to anticipate needs, foster a sense of community, and coordinate seamless transitions will ensure a high standard of hospitality. By managing key aspects of the turnover process and cultivating meaningful connections, you'll help uphold the Greco Seal of Approval, where every property has its own unique story and personality.

Minimum Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Property Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience through a service-obsessed approach. This includes ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and 100% satisfied from their first interaction through move-out by consistently providing enthusiastic, responsive, and gracious service.

• Coordinate resident move-ins and post-move-in follow-up.
• Assist with resident move-outs by completing inspections, documentation, and key management.
• Maintain responsive and courteous communication with the residents, applicants, co-workers and vendors.
• Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and sort all incoming and outgoing packages and parcels.
• Respond and take action to resolve any issue impacting the regular day to day operations.
• Conduct move-in readiness inspections and perform touch-up cleaning as needed.
• Share creative ideas to improve resident satisfaction and community events.
• Post relevant content on Social Media.
• Other duties as assigned.
