Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register them, and arrange check-out.
• Assist guests with payments, including credit/debit cards and foreign currency.
• Provide knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and local area information.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and pleasantly.
• Handle guest complaints, conduct basic research, and negotiate solutions for satisfaction.
