Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 or older to operate the company van.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Night Auditor experience a plus.
• 1–3 months of customer service experience or training preferred.
• Available to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with front entrance duties and bell desk tasks.
• Check guests in and out according to established procedures.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and transporting it to rooms.
• Answer front desk calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local area.
• Assist with reservations and concierge inquiries when needed.
• Provide shuttle services and deliver items to guests.
