Job summary

Ventana Canyon is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality and support to guests arriving at our resort in Tucson. You will handle check-in and check-out, greet guests, assist with luggage, provide area information, and support concierge requests to ensure a memorable stay.

You will answer phones, coordinate shuttle services, and assist with reservations and amenities. A customer-focused mindset, professional communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ to operate company van.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Night Auditor experience a plus.
• 1–3 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front entrance and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and golf clubs.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local area.
• Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Provide shuttle services and transport as needed.
• Assist with reservations, dining, spa bookings and concierge inquiries.
