Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data and follow privacy procedures.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and collect IDs and payment information.
• Address guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
