Qualifications

• Proven experience as a front desk agent preferred.
• Prioritization and time management skills required.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room key and provides directions to guests.
• Transmits and receives messages via telephone, fax, and switchboard.
• Answers inquiries about hotel services, area activities, and directions.
• Keeps records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Collects payment and handles charges for guests.
• May make and cancel reservations for guests.
• Posts charges for rooms, meals, or other services.
• May arrange restaurant or transportation bookings for guests.
• Communicates with other hotel departments.
