Home2 Suites by Hilton Jekyll Island is seeking a PT Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service, handle reservations, check-in/out, answer calls, and address guest requests while promoting local-area recommendations.

The role requires at least one year of customer-facing experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. You will act as a hotel concierge and assist multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer-facing experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Answer telephone, take reservations, check guests in and out.
• Act as hotel concierge for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide local area recommendations to guests.
• Balance daily ledgers, revenues, and payments.
• Audit daily statistics and report to management.
• Perform Manager on Duty when required.
