Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must have strong command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced position with constant guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests courteously and accurately.
• Provide information to guests and visitors; answer inquiries and coordinate requests.
• Process payments according to hotel procedures, including cash and card handling.
• Maintain daily organization of the front desk operations and assist where needed to ensure excellent guest service.
