Job summary

Home2-Suites-Atlanta is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, efficiently register arrivals, post charges, and handle check-out in accordance with Baywood Brand standards. The role requires a high school diploma and TIPS certification, with prior front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and duties include up-selling and coordinating guest services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in front desk or customer service preferred; 2+ years acceptable.
• Proficiency in communicating effectively and multi-tasking during shifts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide hospitality.
• Register/check-in and check-out guests following brand standards and payment procedures.
• Post charges and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Review balances and secure payments.
• Coordinate guest services with other departments.
• Process reservations and cancellations promptly.
• Handle inquiries and guest requests politely.
• Upsell services to maximize room revenue.
• Maintain cash drawer and follow cash handling guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lobby and work areas.
