Home2 Suites by Hilton Jekyll Island is seeking a PT Night Auditor to provide exceptional service to guests, handle reservations, and manage check-in/check-out processes on a nightly shift.

You will answer calls, assist with guest requests, act as concierge, and coordinate with other departments while maintaining accurate ledgers and nightly statistics. Prior guest services experience and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer facing experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service during stay and at check-in/out.
• Answer calls, make reservations, and assist with guest requests.
• Act as hotel concierge and liaison with other departments.
• Balance daily revenues and payments and report statistics to management.
• Perform audit and accounting tasks and maintain shift log.
