Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Port Wentworth in Port Wentworth, GA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, process payments, and manage reservations with professionalism.

You will answer questions about hotel amenities and local attractions, coordinate with housekeeping, and ensure a smooth guest experience while following safety and privacy procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Book, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Answer phones and respond to emails as needed.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and privacy procedures.
