Holiday Inn Express - Fort Pierce is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, manage reservations, and answer questions with professionalism.

You will work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and reliable computer skills, with benefits including healthcare and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Book, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Answer phones and respond to emails as needed.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and privacy procedures.
