Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the phone promptly with a smile and direct inquiries as needed.
• Count and report cash handling following procedures; manage cash drops.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest data securely and follow privacy procedures.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
