Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and direct inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash desk responsibilities with accurate cash drops and reporting of over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data with care and follow procedures.
