Job summary

Extended Stay America in Pattonville, MO is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service at the front desk. You will welcome guests, answer phones, handle check-ins and check-outs, and process payments in line with company procedures.

You’ll complete daily front desk paperwork, follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean lobby, and promote ESA’s value to guests while resolving issues through Make it Right principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, billing, and payments accurately at the front desk.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
