Job summary

LBA Hospitality seeks an attentive Front Desk Associate to greet and register guests, assign rooms, and maintain privacy and service quality. You will promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Initially you’ll handle reservations, upsell options, and coordinate with housekeeping to meet guest requests while ensuring accurate PMS entries and cash handling throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred
• Proficient in English, written and spoken
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and maintain guest service focus
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services concepts
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and protect guest privacy
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities to guests
• Encourage repeat business by handling future reservations and recommendations
• Handle cash, credit card transactions and PMS entries accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
