Role emphasizes excellent customer service, knowledge of PMS systems, and ability to handle shifts including holidays or weekends as needed. Training and benefits are provided by HHM Hotels.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms; help with payment methods.
• Prepare and balance guest folios; manage reservations and check-outs.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain safety standards and assist with luggage during peak times.
