Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet and register guests, manage reservations, and handle payments using the PMS system. You will promptly respond to guest requests and assist with luggage during peak periods, contributing to a positive guest experience.

The role supports the front desk team in maintaining service standards and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Handle payments, verify credit, and process transactions.
• Make and confirm reservations; balance accounts at shift end.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints; escalate when needed.
• Maintain hotel safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Support other front desk tasks as directed by management.
