Soho House is seeking a Club Receptionist/Host to greet members and guests, answer calls, and manage reservations for Club and F&B operations. The role emphasizes hospitality, organizational efficiency, and a warm, professional presence from arrival to departure.

The successful candidate will be proficient with a busy front desk, able to train others, master our phone system, and anticipate covers to ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities.
• Salesforce and Opera experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet members and guests by name (if local) in a hospitable manner.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and reservations, inquiries, and deliveries.
• Be well-versed on menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe reception area and coat check.
• Perform Guest List duties on the floor, club and Rooftop if applicable.
• Support, redirect and resolve guest concerns with management action items.
