Crescent Hotels & Resorts in New Haven, CT is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with efficiency. You will provide accurate information on local attractions, rates, and hours of operation while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include processing registrations, handling payments and currency, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless stay from arrival through

Mansioni

• Greet guests with a friendly and timely welcome.
• Process registrations and retrieve guest information in the computer system.
• Code electronic keys, confirm room number and rate, and prepare welcome folders.
• Verify and imprint credit cards, handle cash and currency conversions, post charges to rooms.
• Answer telephones promptly, relay messages, and manage guest requests and complaints to resolution.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay.
