Job summary

Emery Hotel, Autograph Collection in Minneapolis is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide local recommendations with a friendly, professional approach.

You will handle guest payments, assist with reservations, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless experience. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are valued in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Very good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.
