Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and manage payments. You’ll explain accommodations, assist with special requests, and provide local recommendations to ensure memorable stays.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple hotel systems. Weekend and evening shifts are common.

Qualifications

• 2+ years front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Check in guests in an efficient, friendly manner; verify room type and correct rate; assist with luggage and issue keys.
• Check out guests; collect payment and finalize bills.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer; handle transactions and currency exchange.
• Respond to guest requests with hospitality and personal recommendations.
• Operate hotel systems to check guests in/out, run reports, and block rooms.
• Coordinate with Bell Staff, Concierge and other departments as needed.
• Handle reservations and changes in the absence of Reservations staff.
• Assist with Residential Front Office duties during busy periods.
